Goodman Rentals is a small family business that owns several apartment units that are available for rent in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We’ve been in the apartment rental business for over 25 years, renting to both families and to students attending UWEC that desire Off-Campus housing.
Our normal lease period follows the school year starting June 1st and ending in May of the following year.
